Terms and Conditions of Sale


Please be aware that all orders through Cadremont must be confirmed via our online ordering system. Therefore, Cadremont cannot be held responsible for any issues resulting from prior phone conversation regarding an order that was not put in writing / online shop. Please allow up to 10 days for delivery. When items are shipped they are sent out on a 24 hour service with a dedicated courier when shipped before 3pm. Cadremont cannot be held responsible for problems or delays that occur as a result of the courier service.
 
CARRIAGE TERMS

UK excluding Northern Ireland and the Highlands of Scotland

Depending on your location, orders over £120 will be delivered free of charge by our designated carrier/postal service - UK mainland only.
Depending on your location, orders under £120 will incur a fixed fee of £8.00 delivery charge unless otherwise stated.
Northern Ireland and the Highlands of Scotland - shipping is £30 (free shipping over £150).
Republic of Ireland - shipping is £50 (free shipping over £170).

EXPORT
Please contact our sales office for a quotation.
Any items which are exported are not returnable or refundable.
Please note that when shipping products internationally, you should be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by Customs authorities.
We shall have no liability to you for any delay in the delivery of products ordered or any other matters to the extent that the delay is due to any event outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, flood, fire, labour disputes, strikes, lock-outs, riots, civil commotion, malicious damage, explosion, Government actions and any other similar events.
Cadremont cannot be held responsible for problems or delays that occur as a result of the courier service.

MINIMUM ORDER
Products must be bought in their pack quantities. Most items are sold in a pack and these cannot be separated.

CHARGES FOR SAMPLE PICTURE FRAMES
Due to the cost of preparing and dispatching samples we reserve the right to make a charge to cover the costs involved. You will be notified of these prior to the charge being made if applicable. Any charge made will be refunded on the placement of the first order.

RETENTION OF TITLE AND RISK
The ownership of goods supplied, the subject of an order, shall not pass to the customer until payment has been received in full by Cadremont , although the risk passes to the purchaser at time of delivery.
 
DAMAGED AND LOST GOODS
Any damaged or faulty goods must be notified to us, in writing, within 23 hours of delivery receipt otherwise no liability will be accepted. This helps us and you, as any damaged goods have to be reported to our Couriers. Please email us detailing, in full, the damage or fault relating to your order. Along with the email we ask you to provide photographic evidence to support your complaint. This must be done within 23 hours of receiving your order. Non-delivery of goods must be reported, in writing, within 4 working days of receipt of invoice.
Please open and inspect delivered goods and ensure you are satisfied with them before you sign and accept reciept of delivery. If you are unable to inspect the goods then please sign the delivery note 'signed unchecked'

RETURNS
Goods shall not be returned without prior written authorisation from Cadremont . We ask you to email us within 4 working days of receiving your order. From there we will instruct you as to the next step. All agreed returns must be sent to our warehouse or the warehouse instructed. To qualify for credit, all returned goods must be adequately packed and protected, still in their original shrink-wrap and in a re-saleable condition. We reserve the right to levy a 20% restocking charge. Transport charges will not be refunded.
Please note that if you order a bespoke product they are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.

PART SHIPMENT

Every effort is made to send a complete order, however we reserve the right to make part shipments due to external factors beyond our control.

WEBSITE ORDERS
Cadremont does not accept liability for errors and omissions within its websites and reserve the right to change information, prices, specifications and descriptions of listed goods, products and services at any time.
Cadremont does not guarantee any product's fitness for a particular purpose. All items are listed on an 'as is' basis.
